Started at a shrimp farm. In the middle of nowhere, Pontianak. Managed the whole thing: staff, training, harvest cycles, budgeting. No customers, no office, just mud, fish, and figuring things out. Then Bali happened. Villa manager, international guests, completely different energy. Learned how to actually talk to people there because the farm didn't teach me that, the guests did. Now back in Pontianak running JH Laundry. Still building. Same pattern though: show up, figure it out, make it work.

Started out managing shrimp ponds in a small village. Early mornings, waking up before everyone else, coordinating harvests, dealing with buyers all the way in Jakarta. Not exactly a typical background for someone who ended up obsessing over SEO. But here we are!
Then Bali happened. Felt like I needed a change, so I packed up and took a villa manager job there. That's also where my marketing journey quietly started. Digital marketing course in the evenings, work by day, student by night. Most evenings ended with a group call or just me gaming to decompress. But unfortunately gaming made me more stressed because I play Dota. Would not recommend, bad idea.
Turned out I was pretty into the marketing side. Spent a couple of years learning digital marketing almost every day. SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads before officially running SEO for votelino.id.
Still figuring things out. The map just keeps getting bigger, and that's exactly how I like it.
